The Liberal Cemetery is a public cemetery located in West Liberal and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A cemetery directory is available for visitors' convenience inside the cemetery office. 

Cemetery Property Rules

• no installation of fencing
• no plot borders allowed
• no benches, statues, or standalone crosses allowed
• no planting of trees or shrubs
• no ground cover other than grass is allowed
• no alcohol allowed on premises
• no dogs allowed in the cemetery
• all flowers must be removed by June 9th

Items in violation of cemetery property rules will be removed immediately by cemetery staff to allow proper maintenance of the grounds for all patrons. For questions about allowable items, contact the cemetery office during regular hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Lots:

• Adult Grave Space - $400 (lot sale & perpetual fee)
• Half Space for Infants - $150 (lot sale & perpetual fee)
• Deed Recording Fees - $25
• Crypt Sale - $895
• Columbarium Niche - $600

Burials - Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Adult Grave Space Opening & Closing - $450
• Adult Oversize Grave Space Opening & Closing - $500
• Child (up to 12 years) Grave Space Opening & Closing - $200
• Cremation Grave Opening & Closing - $250
• Cremation Grave Opening & Closing with Vault - $300
• Columbarium - $100
