Congratulations to Mandy Read, our Tourism Marketing Coordinator at the City of Liberal, for receiving our first quarterly employee recognition award. This quarter’s theme was “Community Impact” and Mandy’s mark on our community makes her the perfect recipient for this award. Her daily work helps entice visitors to eat, shop, and have fun checking out Liberal’s attractions. She is also the lead employee keeping our new Community Event Calendar updated so visitors and locals can enjoy all there is to experience in Liberal. Beyond her day job, Mandy is very actively involved on the Pancake Day Board of Directors, where she helps market events and lends a hand to help with activities. She is enthusiastic about sharing what Liberal has to offer and we appreciate her for being such an exceptional member of our team.
