Congratulations to Aaron Luman, one of our Battalion Chiefs at Liberal Fire Department, for receiving our quarterly employee recognition award! This quarter’s theme was “Service Excellence” and Aaron’s outstanding service to grow the department and provide public education on fire safety and prevention makes him the perfect recipient for this award. Aaron has been instrumental in establishing the department's social media page, hosting new education outreach programming, and coordinating the "Fill the Boot" Muscular Dystrophy Association fundraiser. His enthusiasm and care for others have made him a well-connected and respected member of the Liberal community. His contributions as an employee at the Fire Department for the past 12 years have been transformative.
