Trash Bags
Trash bags are available for residential purchase at $14.00 per roll. Each bag has a 30-35 gallon capacity and each roll contains 50 bags.
Determining Fees
Sewer rates are evaluated for residential customers each by averaging a customer's water consumption from the December billing through March billing. The new sewer rates will take effect beginning on the April billing.
If a residential or a small non-residential customer transfers service from one city address to another, then the customer's existing sewer rate shall apply at the new address until the next sewer evaluation period.
