Amusement Device License
Any amusement machine or device which is activated by the deposit of a coin or token shall be licensed. No application is necessary. The cost is $100 per operator plus $10 per machine.
Carnival or Circus License
- Applicants must fill out a Carnival / Circus License Application (PDF) at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall.
- Proof of insurance is necessary.
- Approvals from the Building Department and Fire Department must be obtained prior to receiving a license.
- Cost is $100 per day, plus a $50 inspection fee. There is a $250 cleanup deposit required.
- Arrangements for water services must be made in advance.
Rodeo or Street Fair License
- Applicants must fill out an Rodeo / Street Fair License Application (PDF) at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall.
- Proof of insurance is necessary.
- Approvals from the Building Department and Fire Department must be obtained prior to receiving a license.
- Cost is $25 per day, plus a $50 inspection fee. There is a $250 deposit required.
