All UTVs operated within city limits are required to pass an annual inspection. Once inspected, your UTV will receive a new registration sticker that must be renewed each year.
Inspection Requirements
To schedule your UTV inspection, please note the following:
Inspection Hours: Monday – Thursday, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Valid Class C driver’s license is required
Current liability insurance must be presented
Title required
$75 registration fee (cash or check only)
During the inspection, certified officers will verify that your UTV meets state and city safety standards, including:
Proper headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals
Horn, mirrors, and seatbelts for each seat
Functional service and parking brakes
Muffler or approved noise-suppression system
Windshield or eye protection (if no windshield)

Registration Sticker
After passing inspection and paying the registration fee, you will receive a registration sticker valid for one year.
Stickers must be renewed annually through inspection.
