Cash payments in coin will not be accepted. When making payment, please provide your full name, date of birth, driver’s license number, and /or citation number to clerk to make the payment. This will assist the clerk in applying the payment to the correct citation.
Payments may be made:
In person: All payment methods are accepted at the window during office hours.
By Phone: You may pay by debit or credit card during office hours by calling (620) 626-0143.
Mail: You may mail a check or money order to the court’s mailing address. Please write your citation number on your check for identification purposes
You may make payments by utilizing the "drop box" on the north side of the building as indicated in the images below. Please see the following statement for further details.
If there is a fine amount entered on the back of your citation, you can simply pay the ticket without a Court appearance, If you want to contest a citation, you can simply pay the ticket without a Court appearance. If you want to contest a citation, you can ask to have the matter set for trial by appearing in person on the date and time set on your citation. Failure to comply with citations and /or paying fines and costs may result in the issuance of an arrest warrant and /or the suspension of driving privileges.
A $30.00 returned check charge will be added to the balance owed if the check is not honored.Do not mail cash.
