The City of Liberal offers to waive the Wastewater System Improvement Fee in the amount of $10.00 per month from utility bill statements for eligible seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Eligibility Requirements
- 60 years of age or older or must be disabled or have a disabled family member in the household.
- Combined household income must not exceed 125% of area median income.
